These terms apply to your use of Thumbnail Preview Lab at https://thumbnail-preview-lab.pages.dev (the "Site"), operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What the Site is

The Site is a free, browser-based tool that shows how a thumbnail image and a title might look in several common video-list layouts, and checks an image against published thumbnail requirements. You don't need an account. The Site is not directed to children under 13.

2. Not affiliated with YouTube or Google

The Site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. The previews are generic illustrations. They are not exact copies of any platform's pages, and real layouts change by device, app version and over time. See our Disclaimer.

3. Your content

The images and text you add stay in your browser (see our Privacy Policy). We don't receive them, don't store them and can't recover them for you. You keep all rights to your content. You are responsible for having the right to use any image you add, and for how you use the comparison PNG you download.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• interfere with or disrupt the Site, or try to gain unauthorized access to it;
• use automated means to put an unreasonable load on the Site;
• copy the Site's name, design, or content in a way that suggests you are us or are working with us;
• use the Site for anything unlawful.

5. Free to use; no paid features

The Site is free to use. There are no paid features. A button such as "AI thumbnail score" may appear to learn whether people want a feature that does not exist yet. Clicking it doesn't charge you and doesn't collect any payment or contact details. If we ever launch paid features, we will publish their price, billing terms and a refund policy before you can pay. 6. Intellectual property

The Site's design, code and text belong to us or our licensors. The images and text you add are yours. Other product names mentioned on the Site belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn't mean they endorse us or work with us.

7. Changes to the Site

We may change, suspend, or stop any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice.

8. No warranty

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that a preview matches what any platform will show. Thumbnail requirements are set by the platform and can change; check the official page before you upload.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, views, revenue or time, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to US$50.

Some places don't allow these exclusions or limits, so some of them may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

10. Third-party services

The Site uses Cloudflare for hosting and Google Analytics for usage statistics, as described in our Privacy Policy. Their own terms apply to their services.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where the operator resides, unless mandatory consumer law of your country says otherwise. Before filing any claim, please contact us first at federicoardorussoa50970@gmail.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
